Rhubarb Upside Down Cake I
Quick and easy and great way to serve rhubarb - also great way to use the little stiffer marshmallows!! How practical!! Delicious!

Apple Streusel Muffins
What a great way to use the 'extra' apples or apples that have gone a little rubbery!!!I used some wholewheat flour along with the white - made it a little more healthy,

Cream Cheese Cookies IV
What a quick way to make great cookies - the only thing I did different was form into balls - made the cookies look uniform and professional Great recipe!!
