Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
It had a surprising bite without being too spicy. I would use less salt next time. Served it with some sauteed vegetables (zucchini, red pepper and corn)

Braised Balsamic Chicken
As is, there was too much vinegar for me. All the flavors were on the outside.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
I actually think the capers were a little too much, and will cut the amount next time. I also had some extra sweet onion laying around, so I added it when the chicken was almost done, and whisked it with the sauce, which was delicious. Other than that, I did everything according to the recipe. Thanks!
