Focaccia Bread
I made this for a quick appie. Used all the fresh herbs from my garden and dried tomatoes. Added a marinara sauce for dipping. Can't go wrong

Sweet and Spicy Green Beans
Made this for Christmas eve dinner potluck. So easy and healthy too! I increased the green beans to about four pounds and microwaved for about 8 minutes before frying. Next time maybe some mushrooms

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
We had a birthday potluck, it was the first empty bowl!! So simple, so tasty! I had feta cheese and pomegrante pips for toppings, but most people ate the salad as is. Score one for easy.
