I am a stay at home mom of 3 boys. I love to bake and also to decorate cakes. I like to bake ANY kind of cake. I LOVE baking desserts..I also enjoy cooking Spanish food I grew up eating Spanish food, I really enjoy cooking traditional Puerto Rican food. Specially during the Christmas holidays. when I learned to cook a complete meal by age 12...also When I baked and decorated my son's birthday cake and he really enjoyed it. I baked a cake for my sister's birthday and the cake was by far the worst cake ever..I was really embarrased, but at least the icing was good.
