Tomato Spinach and Basil Soup
I followed the recipe and this tastes like warm tomato puree. It was very thick. I thinned it with a cup of chicken broth. Perhaps will be be better today? Not a winner in my book...

Italian Chicken Bow Tie Pasta
Nice! Very light, easy to make. I used a roasted chicked from the market and added a little onion and fresh basil. I wll make this again for myself or as a side dish for a bbq or pot luck! Thanks for sharing...

Chicken Salad with Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato
Not bad... I sauted some onion with the bacon and added grapes. It needed more mayo. I may have used more than 3 cups of chicken. I'll make it again!
