I love to experiment with foods.Anything from baking, cooking, sautee,puree,fried,boiled,broiled,marinated, or even raw. Its something I like to do and its something that I am finding out that I am really good at. I make all kinds of candies and desserts as well. shrimp scampi, authentic mexican taco's, enchilada's, beef tips and gravy,most definite Rueben's OMG 2D4!!!!, puerto rican rice and beans, pastellos,empanadas, cooking with my mom at christmas and making a american/puerto rican dishes the flavors and the colors and also all the candies and cookies we make..we always trade recipes and tips..its great! Myself and my mother used to make candies for all the soldiers that were in my dad's troop and they always loved it when we did My attempt to make a double chocolate cake with nuts and chocolate chips in it..but it turned into a lava cake..it wasnt funny at the time but now that I think about it..it was hillarious. we just moved from Ohio to Alabama and I went from cooking with an gas oven and stove to electric..need i say more? But I learned to adjust for elevation and electric instead of gas..
