Big Smokey Burgers
These were superb. As other suggested, I used a little less of the liquid smoke. I also couldn't find the chipotle in adobo, so I used 3 tablespoons of a chipotle salsa and it turned out great.

Apple Walnut Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette
This was excellent, though next time I'll use a little less of the onion. To compensate for how strong it was, I just added more cranberries.
