Currently abstaining from dairy, but will soon be eating goodies and drinking moo juice again :)I am not a vegetarian, but my significant other is, so I have a large repertoire of veggie recipes, with a few vegan. Deserts, Vegetarian dishes, lean meat dishes, Southwestern, Slow cooker recipes, Italian Food, Spanish Cuisine I created a wonderful lemon berry cake with mascarpone cheese frosting... it is by far my favorite original recipe. I make delicious cakes, but they are always so ugly... lop-sided, frosting sticks to everything except the cake, etc. I made a wonderful carrot cake, and thought I would experiment with multiple layers of different sizes. I tried so hard to level the tops of the layers before I stacked them, only to have wound up with the the leaning tower of carrot cake.
