Easy Salsa Meatloaf
Loved this recipe. So different from traditional "ketchup-filled" meatloaf. My family loved it and I will definitely make this one again! I cooked it on 375 for 40 minutes so the top of the meatloaf was good and brown with crunchy edges.

Venison Mostaccioli Casserole
I've never liked the taste of vinsion and usually refuse to eat it, but this recipe was to die for! I made a few minor changes: instead of using tomato suace, i used a jar of Ragu traditional spaghetti sauce. I didn't have basil on hand, so i used 1/4 tsp. of oregano instead. I also used 1/4 lb of ground beef mixed in with the venison meat to cut the gamey taste. It was awesome! It went so fast too. Serve with garlic bread and it's a meal fit for a king!

Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way
Way too bitter from the lemon juice. I bought fresh peaches right from the orchard and was so disappointed at how bitter-tasting it was. I would make this again, but cut way back on the lemon juice.
