Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are fantastic cookies!! The whole family loves them...including a 2 and 5 year old. I did do a few things differently; I used a cup of whole wheat flour and 1 1/4 cup of all purpose, I added some cinnamon to the sugar when I rolled them and I also put the dough in the freezer before I rolled them into balls. When I pressed them with a fork they baked out really flat so I just used my fingers to flatten them a little bit and they turned out perfectly! This is a keeper! Thanks so much.
