White Chili
On of the easiest & best chili's I have ever made! I added a handful of chopped cilantro, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 small onion & used chicken broth instead of water. I made it the day before, heated on high for a couple of hours; let it set overnight in the crock pot in the frig & then cooked on low for 3+hours.

Sharese's Spaghetti Salad
This was just ok. It certainly makes enough for a group/party. I used fat free Italian salad dressing - not a good idea, as it was not creamy & flavorful enough. Therefore, I had to full-fat dressing to get the flavor to "come alive".

Spicy Oil and Vinegar Bread Dip
What a hit for a party! Fabulous flavors. I made this 24 hours ahead & served it with fresh vienna bread. I did put it in the blender right before serving to make it a creamer consistancy. This is a keeper!
