Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I've been making these for years; I love these cookies! before baking, I roll mine in Pearl Sugar - (bigger bits of sugar)- makes such a HUGE difference! but sometimes it's a chore to find it in stores! Swedish and Belgian shops have it, sometimes even grocery stores.
