This was such a great flan recipe. My husband and I really enjoyed it and I can't get enough. What I did was beat the eggs in a bowl and then mixed the beaten eggs and everything else in a blender. I also used a Teflon pan for the flan and it turned out well, not any different than a glass one I don't think. I also did the water bath for the first time, and it seems to have worked.
