Cabbage Rolls II

The flavor in this dish is pretty good, but I changed the way it was set up. Instead of wasting time rolling up all the cabbage, I just cut up the cabbage, and after I boiled it, I just put it in the bottom of the crockpot, put the meat on top, then the sauce, then some cut bacon. So it was almost like a casserole, it saved alot of time and trouble, and was still very tasty! HOWEVER, the whole head of cabbage is way, way too much for this method of cooking. So I removed a majority of the whiter cabbage.

The Best Meatballs

This was absolutely amazing! I changed a few ingredients but this is the recipe I will use from now on. First, I substituted milk for the water, then I used progresso bread crumbs instead, and I used sweet italian sausage instead of the pork and veal. You HAVE to try it this way, it's delicious.

Heather's Healthy Oatmeal Surprises

This recipe was pretty good for being healthy! The only problem I had was with the cookies sticking to the pan pretty bad. But a little Pam solved the problem. The whole family thought these were delicious!
