I have tried a few recipes to make alfredo and this one by far using the cream cheese was extremely tasty and I made a flair or two for some added taste and it came out wonderful simply dice half of an onion and ad 3 table spoons of minced garlic and one cooking spoon of olive oil and simmer before adding the everythign in order as dirrected in the recipe it gives it more flavor....
