Simple Mexican Rice

Much better than the box!!! i left the same amount of cumin and put in about 4 tbsp of lemon juice. I didnt want to get out another dish so i left it in the sauce pan and it came out fine. Also i added some saffron and paprika to give it that lovely orange color without artificial dyes.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

I made this for mother's day and even my lactose-intolerant father went back for another slice! I didn't have a springform pan so I just bought two nine inch chocolate crusts from the grocery and it turned out AMAZING.

Elijah's Phulourie

i've been making this since i was a little girl. My family has a traditional hand grinder that we grind basically the same ingredients into. I dont think that this beats that in taste but it was a pretty good recipe.
