Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
I went with the 2nd reviewers adjustments and added some. To the celery, onion mixture I added spinach, tomatoes, nutmeg, thyme and salt and pepper then tossed in the tuna to the mixture for more taste. Then I made the sauce as directed but added cream cheese, parm cheese and left out the cheddar, I put it all into a bowl and tossed the noodles into the mixture and added frozen peas. I taste tested it, and it was missing something, so I added a 1/2 can of cream of mushrooms and topped with bread crumb topping... Yummy!!!
