My husband made this (one of the few times I have ever seen him follow a recipe for anyhting). I had been hesitant but was very pleasantly surprised. We decided mid-afternoon on a rainy day we wanted to try a new soup recipe. IT was incredible how a delicious soup could be this easy and relatively quick to make on the spur of the moment.

Easy Chocolate Ice Cream

This was definetly easy...which is what I was going for on the particular day I was making it. The kids loved it. I found it a bit rich. I will likely look for another chocolate ice cream recipe for those days when I have more time. But, for a quick easy recipe with only thre ingredients I was pleased.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Incredibly easy and delicious! Nice and refreshing...not too sweet, to minty, or too rich for my taste. I was the hero of the block party the night I shared with my neighbors.

Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce

This is one of my family's favorites that I have been making for a while since I found this recipe online. Finally decided to share my favorable review. I do add fresh minced garlic and extra mushrooms...but that is just a personal preference.

Mexican Grilled Chicken
