I am a professional chef and have been working in Hospitality for 23 years. Currently I am the restaurant chef for one Starwood Hotels and Resorts restaurants in Denver, Colorado. I have travelled all over the United States doing the chef thing and spent alot of my time in the Pacific Northwest and the mountain resorts of Colorado.
