Basil-Lime Sorbet
I used 1/2 cup Splenda instead of 1 cup sugar. It was ... unusual. IF I ever make this again, I will definitely cut down on the basil.

Berry Burst Sorbet
I made this with 1/2 cup Splenda and 1 cup water, and left out the heavy cream. It was still way too sweet. If I make it again, I will leave the sugar out altogether.

Mexican Bean and Rice Salad
Simple, easy and delicious! I doubled the lime and cilantro, used half of a med. onion, and left out the garlic and salt. Next time, I will consider using only one jalapeno pepper. This was great with guac, wrapped in tortilla!
