Easy Peach Cobbler
Quick, easy and delcious. I used two large cans of peaches with about 1/4 cup of juice. To make it more streusel like, I "cut" the cream cheese into the cake mix. I melted the butter and drizzled it on top. I used yellow or white cake mix. Thanks for a simple, wonderful, tasty recipe Rebecca.

Asian Pork Tenderloin
This was truly "ono" as we say in Hawaii. I used chili garlic sauce as a substitute for the chili paste. I marinated overnight and threw on the grill. I have also prepared in the oven. You will not be disappointed! PS, I did not use as much sesame oil as described. I used about 3 tablespoons, otherwise you would lose the soy flavor. Also, fresh grated ginger adds ZING!

Amish Breakfast Casserole
Made this for mother's day eve breakfast. Used 12 eggs, Simply Potatoes diced potatoes with onion, 3 cups of cheese, low fat cottage cheese,(2) reduced fat breakfast sausage (12oz tubes ) of Jimmy Dean brand. Next time I would add diced green chilis for more zip. I served with salsa. This sets up beautifully, I cooked for 1 hour. Hearty casserole worthy of company.
