Easy Chicken Korma

I liked this, and it comes out much prettier than most of the Indian dishes I've made before. But I found it to be heavy on the garam masala. If I make it again, I'll cut that at least in half.

Hate to give a bad review, but this really was not to our liking. I had high hopes for the flavor combination, but it -- and the presentation -- turned out to be quite unappealing. We didn't eat it after two bites.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

YUM! Would've given it 5 stars except that I followed another reviewer's suggestion and reduced the sweetness (used only 1 cup sugar, and switched to 1.5 cups each of semi-sweet and milk), and I think it would've been too sweet otherwise. But this was my first time making fudge and it was SO EASY and it came out perfect. Great recipe!

Mom's Peanut Brittle

Yum! I would've given this 5 stars, except that I took other reviewers' alterations and doubled the peanuts and cooked it to 300 -- without those changes, I don't think it would be nearly as good. But WITH those changes, fantastic.

Multigrain Pancakes

Enjoyed these a lot, but the recipe is off -- ended up having to increase the wet ingredients by 1/3 in order to get the right consistency. I also added half a banana (mashed) to the batter, which was quite tasty.

Fresh Asparagus Soup

I thought it was just a tiny bit too tangy, but it grew on me with each spoonful and really it's a very tasty dish. Will probably make it again but reduce the lemon juice and yogurt a bit.

Cream Cheese Brownies III

These are pretty good, but they're not all that dense or rich (in my opinion). Also, I took them out after 30 minutes and they were a bit more than done.
