About this Cook
I'm a mother of 2. I have a beautiful 6 year old daughter and a silly and sweet 2 year old son. I have always worked in the food service industry but even as a small child cooking has always been my interest. I mostly bake. I'm slowly learning range top and my fiance will not let me go near his girl...Oh I mean grill. I recently moved to Mass and for the first time I am a stay at home mom or as my fiance says "Domestic goddes" Since I have all the time in the world now I get to spend most of my time in the kitchen creating, perfecting and destroying dishes, but all in good fun.
My favorite things to cook
Cakes, cookies, comfort food
My cooking triumphs
My thanksgiving pumpkin pie and just this year blew everyone away with a pumpkin pie cheesecake
My cooking tragedies
I just can't perfect my icecream sandwich birthday cake......MESSY!!!!!

Chocolate Eclair Squares
This was another recipe that I had to tweak. Instead of using vanilla pudding I used banana and I used almost 2 boxes of wafers because I laid them down whole and crushed. As for the chocolate I don't like to microwave it so I melted it using the pan to pan method after I drizzled it over the top and used some of the cookie crumbles just for decoration. It was a hit with the family
