Chicken Pot Pie III

This pie crust could not have been easier. I made it in the morning, and then stuck in the fridge till dinner tonight. Still rolled out easily for me. Great crust, I always add 1 tsp garlic salt to it, to give some flavor for the CPP I make with it.

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp

This was AWESOME! It will for sure be my go-to recipe for crisp. You can just use whatever you have around the house too- I had used 2 pears, 2 red apples, pecans, and raisins. My family ate it with vanilla bean icecream on top, and raved about it. I really think it is the perfect dessert for fall!

Whole Wheat Bread III

This is my go-to wheat bread. Absolutely love how easy this is, and it turns out great EVERY time! Don't put the bread maker on wheat setting. Just don't do it... Love this recipe, use it all the time, exactly what i was looking for!

Beefy Cornbread Casserole

Good start. I loved the bbq sauce with chili, I always add lots of walla walla onions, sour cream, green and red peppers, chili powder, warcestire sauce, and whatever else i can dig up. The cornbread mix on top is absolutely brilliant!

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins

I double the batch each time, and put them in big storage bags and put em in the freezer. As a poor college kid,I love being able to eat something so healthy every morning for so little money (this is a way cheap recipe). I just pop em in the microwave for 50-70 seconds and they are BEAUTIFUL!!!! I've tried so many different variations too! My favorite was pumpkin and choco chips!
