I am 20 years old. I don't really cook unless i feel it something quick and easy. Baking is really what i LOVE TO DO. Im here to get more recipes!!!!!!!! Brownies, Custard style ice cream, Gelato (Itailian syle ice cram), pancakes and sorbet. I hate where people use flour or corn starch and syrup to thicken a ice cream base. I also don't like the no cook versions or the raw egg ones. Ice cream should be fresh, thick, and rich. If it is not cooked with at least 4-6 eggs its not ice cream!!! My favorite family cooking traditions is my familly get-togethers. Everyone cook their best dish and we have great time. Im not really at the point were I bring a dish yet When I discovered how to make ice cream after my pancake recipe went all wrong lol. I was all mad about it then I was watching the food network and ice cream was being made. Then it hit me and I been in love evey since!!!!! Cooking period is a tragedy for me. I have to make something at least three times before it come out right because im learning as I go. This how it happened with pancakes
