I am 21 years old and been cooking for as long as i can remember. My mother was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and my father was born in the Dominican Republic. So i got best of both worlds!!!!I'm grateful that both my parents can throw down in the kitchen! As a little girl i spent most my time watching my parents creating mouth watering dishes. I learned to master the art of cooking from both cultures and also throwing in my own style as well as mixing them up. My goal in life is to own a restaurant and share my love of cooking to anyone who cares.....lol I love to cook EveryThing!!!!!!!!!!!!!But i would have to say that my favorite thing to cook would be something new. My....I've had sooooo many....but the worst would be rice....It took me years and bags and bags of rice to get it right.
