Wave Your Flag Cheesecake
This cake was a HUGE hit! It was so easy to make and fun b/c my young children were able to help decorate it with the fruits. The best part is that you don't ever need to turn on your oven. A perfect summer cake - not just for the 4th of July.

Egg Salad I
I used stone ground mustard, light mayo and, instead of the onion, I diced up tiny pieces of celery to add a little texture. It is by far the best egg salad I've ever made - or have ever had, for that matter!

Savory Chicken Breasts
This is SO yummy! I used cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken. I also used less bread crumbs than indicated in the recipe and supplemented the bread crumbs with a thin layer of French's onions. So, so good! I will definitely make this recipe again soon!
