Plain Cake Doughnuts

Fantastic! My kids are inhaling them as I type. I use buttermilk instead of milk because I had some that was expiring tomorrow. I also added a dash of vanilla extract. They were much easier than I anticipated.

Blueberry Coffee Cake II

Easy to make and tastes amazing. I added 1/2tsp of vanilla to the cake batter to give a bit more flavor. The topping was a big hit.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

The only thing I did to change this was take out the walnuts and raisins. My entire family RAVED about it. Super moist and full of flavor!
