Banana Cream Supreme
I used a store bought graham cracker pie crust, and light sour cream, 3/4 of a 16oz container of cool whip and brought it to the office. It got rave reviews! Only suggestion I was given by a coworkers teenage son (which I found useful) is instead of just slicing the bananas cut them twice into fours for bite size pieces! DELICIOUS!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Read BAYSIDE's review...came out absolutely perfect (so much better than expected) due to their review. Best brussel sprouts I've ever had!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
Didn't change a thing and this may have been the best soup I have ever made and I make A LOT of soups.
