Spinach Salad with Oranges
I liked it except it tasted too oniony. I think 2 tablespoon chopped onion is a bit too much. i will make it next time without any onions.

Norwegian Flat Bread
So easy and so delicious! It is perfect with chicken salad, or any kind of creamy salad. Don't need to increase the salt as some other reviewers said. The recipe is just fine as written by Liz. thanks for sharing!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
I didn't have sour cream and cheese on hand but even without these, the potatoes still tasted very good. The leftovers are great for lunch the next day too.
