My tweaking made this perfect for our family. I omitted anything spicy (peppers, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce), used diced tomatoes without chiles, ground beef instead of turkey, and 1/2 Tbsp of the chili powder, paprika, cumin, seasoned salt. I used only a pinch of pepper. I also used almost the entire can of beer. To offset this, I added about a teaspoon or 2 of sugar. At the end, I stirred in one carton of plain yogurt. Everyone thought it was really good.
