I made this as a side dish to Chicken Satay. It turned out nicely. I did not put the full amount of onion in, due to my kids' preferences. I also only used 1 Tbsp oil because of less onion. My husband and I enjoyed this. He said the intensity of the flavors was "just right."

I made the marinade as is, but only used 1 Tbsp soy sauce in the peanut butter sauce. Grilled the chicken on an indoor grill. My kids liked the chicken without the pb sauce, my husband and I enjoyed it with the sauce. Served with butter chickpea curry from this site.

My husband can spot a store-bought pie crust from a mile away, yet he raved about this pie, all the way down to the crust! I used a combo of wealthy and jonathan apples. Also sprayed spray butter on the top crust and sprinkled it with raw sugar before baking. Truly an excellent pie! I made 2, so have one in the freezer for another time!
