This bread was really good but I can't say it was THE best I've ever had. I might make it again or I might keep trying some other recipes.

S'mores Bars

VERY TASTY! I made a graham cracker crust using 2 cups of crumbs, 3 Tbsp sugar and 8 Tbsp butter for a 9 x 13 pan. Baked it for 20 minutes at 325 before adding the brownie mix. The sugar gave it a kind of caramel flavor. (so good!) My marshmallows didn't brown but it still tasted great! I also omitted the peanuts. I sprayed a butter knife with cooking spray to making cutting these easier. Will definitely make these again! A family favorite!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

I made this for Father's Day brunch and it was really yummy. I used 10 eggs and only half the cheese like some suggested. My husband said it delicious but wished it was cheesier. So next time I'll use the amount stated in the recipe. The croissant on the bottom got a little to crispy but my timer was turned off by accident so I'm not sure how long it was in the oven for. Will keep a closer eye on it next time but will definitely make again.

Blizzard Cake

Holy Moly this is GOOD!!! I changed the recipe a bit though. I used 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream, 1/2 a package of Oreo's and 6 ounces of Cool Whip. I split this mixture between 2 store-bought Oreo pie shells. Served 16 people at a 4th of July BBQ and as soon as it was cut, it was gone! Everyone RAVED about it and wanted seconds. Great Recipe!!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Made as is. Tasted good to me but my hubby said it seemed like it was missing something, no sure what though. Pretty thin. Ok for frosting but thickened with more sugar for piping.

Yellow Pound Cake

Very moist and smooth texture. Tasted a lot like eggs. A good recipe but I would not make again if I was specifically looking to make a pound cake.
