I love to cook !! Anytime, anywhere, anyhow !! If I'm not busy at work (I Own a Video Production Business) I'm checking out new recipes and thinking about what to make for dinner. I love to surprise my wife with a new discovery. We have been together for 16 years and I do all or most of the cooking. We are also avid Wino's. We love Red Wine and we are close to a major wine growing region in Canada so needless to say we go on tours often. Cheers! I really like cooking a multi course Thai Dinner for a large group of friends. Our kids (all grown up) also enjoy treating their friends or celebrating birthdays etc. My wife is extremely helpful as she cleans up after my quite amazing mess. A Thai dinner for 40 at our son's wedding in Mexico. We needed to make most of the ingredients from scratch and cook it in an outdoor kitchen. It took most of the day, but was a total success.
