Basil Cream Chicken
WOW! This dish is absolutely delicious. I've made it a few times since discovering the recipe and it is a new family favorite. The only thing I do differently is I double all the ingredients (except the chicken)to make extra sauce. I have served it over rice or over pasta (both are equally as good)with a nice dinner salad. This recipe has so much flavor, if you don't love it you've done something wrong!!
