Romanian Grilled Minced Meat Rolls
I made this, but replaced the suet with fresh ground pork and it was unbelievably delicious! I served it at a BBQ party and my family and friends went crazy for them. Serving with crusty bread, mustard and cold beer is spot on perfect!

Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
This is very good, but I changed it up a bit by using carrot juice instead of orange juice. Carrot juice is sweet and adds a nice bright yellow color to this bread. I also added a bit more poppy seeds.
