Graduate student at Cornell University, enjoying cooking for myself all the time now. Just a simple grilled steak and mashed potatoes, but I do enjoy experimenting with different marinades and burrito fillings. We had a home cooked family dinner just about every night growing up, my Dad makes his own pizza, crust and all. Grilling was also a family favorite as was a good spaghetti dinner (Mom's sauce recipe was amazing) on Sundays. Experimenting with Mexican dishes, trying to imitate my favorite restaurant. I came up with a chicken burrito (my first recipe here) that I like even better. I was about 12 or 13, we tried to make this dessert pizza crust, something went wrong and it came out hard as a rock. Not even the dog would touch it.
