World's Best Lasagna
I don't know who came up with this recipe, but thank you, thank you, thank you! This is a great recipe for those who have never made Lasagna before. It can get very time consuming and sort of expensive if you make this all the time, but you always have enough for left-overs or to freeze. So far, I've only made this twice. Actually, the second time, I used close to 3 lbs of everything. Unfortunately, there are only two of us, so we were eating for days and still had some left over to freeze. But it was well worth it. The first time I made this, I found an andouje sausage and it was great. I can't find it so I used the sweet Italian. To me, it made it too sweet, so hot italian will be my next choice. But first....we have to finish what's frozen!!
