Great recipe, very easy to prepare. The only thing I'd like to mention is it's wayyyy tooooo salty. Taste the sausage before adding the garlic salt. Besides, all the cheese will add sulty flavor on to it, 10g garlic salt seems too much after trying out this recipe. I would also increase the amount of the bread crumbs and romano cheese so the mixture stick together better.
