Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I made these cookies last night, following the recipe to a T!..... The taste is amazing, but they were VERY flat. I did one batch normal, and the second I had put some of the dough in the fridge for an hour. They still turned out about the same. Very tasty cookie... but on the flat side so they don't look as nice.
