Shepherd's Pie VI
This was pretty good! I did add Worcestershire sauce and brown gravy to the meat as another reviewer suggested and I also made some peas and corn that I added to the mix. It's just me and my husband so I used 3 potatoes and found that to be too much. Next time I think I'll use 2 potatoes and more ground beef.

Stuffed Pork Chops III
This recipe is great! I did everything exact and the chops came out very moist and flavorful. I forgot to buy toothpicks, but I was just very careful when placing/ flipping in the pan and I lost very little stuffing. I added some flour to the beef broth to make it more gravy-like and it was fabulous! It tasted real good on the mashed potatoes and broccoli I made too! The only thing my husband suggested for next time is that I baste the chops while they're simmering because the inside stuffing was still kind of dry.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf
I never would have thought that meatloaf in a slow cooker would work, but this is an awesome dish. It comes out so moist!I really don't understand some of these reviewers not using the slow cooker. That's what sets it apart from all other recipes! I didn't have sage when I made it, but I don't think it needed it. I also used a Lipton onion mix and I think it really added some flavor to it. I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the topping. I'm not into sweet stuff with my meats so I didn't add the brown sugar. Instead, my husband made his own little thing by adding Chipotle flavored Tabasco. It gave it a smokey taste and I think it was perfect with the meatloaf. The leftovers are even better and makes a great sandwich for lunch. I made this a couple weeks ago and my husband said it's one of the best things he's ever had so I'm making it again today! Thanks Suzanne for this recipe!
