Very good. I added some sugar to the whipped cream and omitted the grapes. I used Gala apples and pecans instead of walnuts. If the salad is put together quickly, there is no need for the lemon juice at all. Everyone enjoyed this. Good addition to the Thanksgiving menu.

Angel Food Cupcakes

Instead of water, use a 15 oz can of crushed pineapple. This is very good topped with Vanilla frosting or Cool Whip.

Fresh Mint and Cilantro Melon Salad

I served this at a brunch and everyone loved it. I did omit the cilantro since I do not care for it. Very refreshing on a warm day.

Hawaiian Slaw

This was great and nice change from regular cole slaw. I am a fan of Marzetti Slaw Dressing and have used it for years.

Coconut Sour Cream Cake

I have been making this cake for over 25 years and it is always a hit. Never used almond flavoring in it. Many times I used chocolate cake mix instead yellow. The chocolate coconut combination is out of this world.
