Ratatouille Pasta
Easy and amazing dish. My family doesn't usually go for vegetables but they loved this. I added some Italian sausage to it so that my pickier eaters would try it and it was great!!

Baklava
I am taking a Sociology of Food class and for extra credit we were to bring in food. I made this baklava recipe and everyone was VERY impressed. It was fairly easy to make and delicious! I will definitely make it again!
