This was a great and easy salad to make. I took it a picnic and my family loved it! We had plenty of leftovers, that we ate for several days afterwards.Will make it again!

This receipe was great! An easy twist to the origonal potatoe salad.I added dill pickle juice for a little more dill flavor. I could not find cucumber ranch either, so I just used plain ranch. The receipe is great for large partys but was way to much for our family of four. We still have plenty of leftovers in the fridge.

This was a great family meal. Good way to introduce spinach into our maeals without the kids picking at it. The leftovers were also great. I followed the directions but added an 12oz can of tomato sauce like someone else sugggested. Still not enough sauce for my liking, but good enough to enjoy with my family. I will defintley make it again.
