I am male and I been cooking since I was about eight years old. My family has been involved or owned many different types and style of resturaunts. I am currently cooking for a Nursing Home and Meals on Wheels. In my free time I am BBQ'ing and creating tast ful meals, and on occasions making horribles mistakes. I love to BBBQ and make Mexican food. Baking is enjoyable during the winter. I love to BBQ all year long and anythiong that can be put on a wire rack goes into my smoker. I remember always waking up during vacation to help my great-grandmother cook breakfast for our family. She was an amazing baker. I enjoy all ourt family get togethers. Tradionally if we can get all the family together then we do so and everyone brings food. My cooking triumphs are the amnount of people I serve in my family and in the public. I also lenjoy mastering new baking skills learned from co-workers and Friends. To many to mention, but a lesson was learned from them all
