Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Excellent cookie. No problems with the dough or the recipe. Used butter in place of margarine, I had no margarine to use. This recipe made 48, not the 24 that is stated in the recipe. Rolling the dough was not sticky after forming a ball and rolling in sugar. Very nice look and taste. Easy recipe. Will make many more times to come.
