About this Cook
My name is Danielle and I'm a wife and mom. I enjoy spending time gardening, crafting and of course, cooking. I love hosting and hanging out with our friends, sharing a bottle of wine. When I'm not at home, I'm usually out running or skiing.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking with chicken. There's just so much you can do with it and it hardly goes wrong. Usually chicken is "safe", but when you experiment, it can just be fantastic.
My favorite family cooking traditions
There's no "fat-free" in my family's meals.
My cooking triumphs
My go to dish which always pleases is my goat cheese stuffed chicken breast with prochuitto wrapped around it. It always pleases and looks much more complicated then it is.
My cooking tragedies
On our first night living together, I made my husband slow cooker ribs...with a ridiculous amount of salt. The first bite was so good, until the salt hit you. I don't know why I put so much, but it was awful. Adam tried to eat them, but we just ended up throwing them out.

Incredible Chicken
This chicken was a winner! I will definately be making it again. You need to load the garlic on tho', like other users said, so the sugar doesn't overwhelm it.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
I love this chocolate cake! You can't even taste the zucchini! My husband who HATES zucchini has been eating this cake all the time! I replaced the nuts with a handful of chocolate chips which just made it even sweeter!

Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
So tasty! Super easy to make too! I only had cocoa powder and used it instead of the chocolate (6 tbsp) and it turned out fantastic! I will use this recipe again and again!
