mine ended up cracking anyway. very good taste; a little tart for my liking. i used a different crust and added a topping so i think without my additions it would have been very plain. overall, very good.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

WOW this recipe is great!! It's the perfect muffin texture. Only thing I did was use about 3/4 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar because I ran out of white and I added mini peanut butter cups w/no nuts. The texture was OMG amazing. This will be my choco muffin recipe from now on!

Chewy Cinnamon Cookies

These flatten out A LOT, so spread them far apart on the cookie sheet and 350 is a littlee to hot because the middle doesn't cook as fast as the outside. On the otherhand, they taste VERY good !!

Carrot Cake III

This is a VERY delicious recipe. I made it for my grandpa's girlfriend's daughter's birthday and it sure was a hit. The only thing I did differently was I used a different cream cheese frosting (which really wouldn't have made a difference) and I used a little more cinnamon because I am a NUT with cinnamon. The cake was a little bit too wet and then a little to crispy on the outside, but overall I give it a thumbs up.

Frosted Banana Bars

OH my gosh. These are so addicting and VERY good. I made them in a 9x13 pan so they were thicker, just how I like it. They're very cake-like, but for me that's a good thing. I used LORI Q's "Banana Bars" frosting instead, which was a little salty, but was a great compliment to this already-fantastic treat!

Lighter Snickerdoodles

These are AMAZING!!! I'm considering using the dough for other types of cookies too because I love the moist-ness and texture. Only thing I did different was instead of rolling it in the mixture I sprinkled it on top. Delish!

Banana Bran Muffins

A few changes: I substituted the butter for applesauce, flour for wheat flour, and only used one egg. They're very moist and flavorful and I suggest using large VERY ripe bananas for extra sweetness. Very delicious!

Chocolate Walnut Bars

The crust was really good, but I expected much more chocolate. I would double the chocolate part in the same sized pan. The chocolate part was a little too moist (maybe because the last egg I cracked, two yolks fell out!), but I suggest maybe a little flour in there to make it more of a brownie consistency.

Raspberry Citrus Bars

The only thing I changed was the orange peel (I used lemon peel instead). These are really good, but they cook really funny. It cooked more like a brownie than a custard. And next time, I'll use more raspberries!

Queenie's Killer Tomato Bagel Sandwich

YUM! I used an onion bagel and it was delicious. I didn't use basil, too. This tastes even better if you add a little mozzarella to it also!
