ME !
About this Cook
I'm young and I recently picked up a knack for cooking. I'm pretty good at it though! AllRecipes has helped me so much, so I decided to make an account to give feedback and send in my own recipes that I enjoy so others can enjoy them, too.
My favorite things to cook
DESSERTS, DESSERTS, DESSERTS ! I love finding interesting recipes and healthier alternatives for them. I also like making pastas and breakfasts. I don't mean to brag, but I make some mean muffins. (;
My favorite family cooking traditions
It's rare to find one of these that we pass down that has all of the original ingredients. Chili, mashed potatoes, and a few breakfasts are some of the ones that have been passed down, but have been drastically altered.
My cooking triumphs
I made my dad pineapple upside down cake. It is, by far, the best recipe I've ever attempted. I submitted it onto this website. I truly was the star of my dad's birthday party!!!
My cooking tragedies
One time (I had just started cooking-I was about 12) I used baking soda instead of baking powder to cook pancakes. Let's just say, it would have cure a lot of stomach aches? My second disaster was cinnamon muffins. WAY too much salt. I think I may have added it twice. We ended up throwing them out.

Original Nestle(R) Toll House(R) Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie
I don't like the texture the baking soda gives it. I'd suggest powder (:

Chewy Cinnamon Cookies
These flatten out A LOT, so spread them far apart on the cookie sheet and 350 is a littlee to hot because the middle doesn't cook as fast as the outside. On the otherhand, they taste VERY good !!

Microwave Peanut Brittle
This recipe destroyed my glass bowl...I'm never attempting peanut brittle again especially after two failed attempts.
