I make this all the time and continually change the ingredients. Everyone gobbles it up and asks for the recipe.

I think I flubbed something because the consistency was a bit goopy, but the taste was incredible. I served it for a picky crowd yesterday for Christmas '06, and will experiment with it so that I can serve it all the time instead of the traditional green bean casserole. Thanks!

I got SO many praises about this Hummus yesterday (Christmas 2006)!!! I served this to my aunt and her date who ADORE greek food, and they couldn't get enough! I added ground cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste and it was great. I served it with pita wedges and red and green bell pepper chunks for dipping. Will be making again and again, especially for my 13 year old. Thanks!
